3 Ways to Scale Your Business Beyond Your Event

You may make money from your keynote, but there are 3 ways you can make an impact and profit off stage too.

One of the best ways to go deeper with your audience is with digital products.

In February 2018, Russell Brunson walked onto Grant Cardone’s 10x stage and made one million dollars in 90 minutes – and that was NOT his keynote fee.

He sold one million dollars worth of his digital product (software) to Grant’s audience.

  • Digital Online Courses: What are you an expert in? What topic could you speak on for one hour with zero preparation? That’s your “thing”. What if you could impact hundreds of people without a ton of effort? You can do this with digital courses.
  • Training/Consulting/Coaching: Depending on the niche you are in, if a company is impressed with your keynote, they may ask you to train their employees for a day. If they are impressed with the one-day training, they may ask you to come back on a regular basis. I have had quite a few speaking clients gain numerous individual 1:1 coaching clients from speaking events.
  • Services: Do you have a service that you can offer? Maybe a done for you service or “done with you” service? A great way to scale beyond the stage is to offer a service to continue building a relationship with your audience members.
